Who we are
Pest Raiders is run by Pest Raiders Limited, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 17514874). Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA.
We are the “controller” of the personal information described here, which means we decide how it is used. We comply with UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

What we collect
When you use our booking form, we collect:
- Contact details: your name, phone number and email address.
- Where to visit: your postcode and street address.
- About the job: the pest you need help with, how soon you'd like a visit, and whether you own the property.
- Your consent: the exact wording you agreed to and the date and time you ticked the box.
- How you found us: if you arrived from an advert or link, the campaign details in that link (for example “utm_source” or an ad click ID) and the page you booked from.
Once you've given your phone number and ticked the consent box, we save your answers as you go, so we can call you back even if you don't finish the form. It's the same information listed above, and we only use it to help with your enquiry.
If you call us, we'll note your number and what you tell us about the problem. We don't record calls.
When we visit, your technician records what they found, what they treated and any safety advice given. Payments are taken in person at the end of the visit, by card or bank transfer as agreed on your quote. We don't store full card numbers.
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as your IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working.
How we use it, and why we're allowed to
UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) says we need a valid reason, called a lawful basis, for each use:

We don't use your data to make automated decisions about you, and we never sell it.
Data sent outside the UK
Some of the companies above store data in the USA or the EU. When that happens, the transfer is protected by UK adequacy regulations (for the EU), the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or the ICO's International Data Transfer Addendum. Ask us if you'd like more detail.
How long we keep it

After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- See the information we hold about you (a “subject access request”).
- Correct anything that's wrong or incomplete.
- Delete your information, where we don't need to keep it by law.
- Restrict or object to how we use it.
- Take it with you in a common format (data portability).
- Withdraw your consent at any time. Just tell us, or reply STOP to a text.

Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.
Keeping it safe
Our site uses HTTPS encryption. Booking requests go straight to a private, access-controlled Google account, and only the people who need your details to arrange or carry out your visit can see them.
Children
Our service is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant and we have your contact details, we'll let you know.
